- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Oracle/Primavera Software and Licenses Maintenance Support Services. The FAA contemplates award of a purchase order for a 1-year base year period with four (4) 1-year option periods (if exercised). THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITION ONLY. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, Information Technology Value Added Resellers, with a Small Business Size Standard of 150 employees. When responding to this Request For Quote (RFQ), each offeror is required to submit a quote in accordance with the attached documents. The attached documents include a Quotation Pricing Sheet, a Business Declaration form, and the Statement of Work for this requirement. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached RFQ document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the RFQ document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Randall L. Bratcher, Contract Specialist (AMQ-310), via e-mail at randall.bratcher@faa.gov or FAX number 405-954-9468. Quotes are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Central Daylight Savings Time Zone), May 18, 2011 and must be submitted to Randall L. Bratcher, Contract Specialist (AMQ-310), via e-mail at randall.bratcher@faa.gov or FAX number 405-954-9468. Any quotes received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CDST, May 18, 2011, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's quote, the offeror's quote may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
