Description

The requirements for what we are looking to do. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Northern Plains Area Office, intends to award a sole source simplified, fix price acquisition to SerCon, for the purpose of an software upgrade to latest generation Callisto suite, and upgrade of existing Mass Spectrometer SL preparation unit to GSL specifications. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. However, it is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of Acquisition and issuance of an award. Vendors that believe they can provide a product that full meets the Government's requirement may submit a substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact within 3 days of publication of this notice. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. A determination by the Government not to conduct a competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
