- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation as defined in FAR Part 15.201. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Offerors are advised that only Contracting Officers are authorized to commit the government to the obligation of funds. 501st CSW/RCO office is performing market research to determine potential services in preparation for a potential future contract for interested and capable businesses for performance of Custodial Services at the following RAFs: RAF Alconbury, Barford, Croughton, Fairford, Molesworth and Welford. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the RAFs, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks and be required to provide and replenish soap and paper products in all restrooms. All work performed by the Contractor shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices. This sources sought notice may be followed by a request for proposal. All possible offerors are encouraged to submit information supporting this notice. If you are interested and capable of performing a service of this size at approximately 654,325 square feet, please forward your information along with a capability statement to SSgt Galby J.
