- MICS/VTCS Industry Update #2 This notice is to provide industry with an update regarding the status of the subject acquisition, Missile Defense Agency Information Technology Collaboration Services (MICS), formerly titled Video Teleconferencing and Collaboration Services (VTCS). The attached briefing is intended to provide industry with general information regarding contract type/structure, NAICS code, Small Business Set-Aside status, etc., which will be applicable to the forthcoming Request for Proposal (RFP). The MDA intends to release another Draft RFP and hold both Pre-Solicitation and Pre-Proposal Conferences/Industry Days, with One-on-One meeting(s), with Industry at both Schriever AFB, CO and Huntsville, AL. Further information and invitations to these events will be posted to FedBizOpps under the above solicitation number. The Draft RFP release and Pre-Solicitation Conference/Industry Day is currently anticipated to be in the third quarter of calendar year 2011. The DRFP will be posted to FedBizOpps under the above solicitation number. All further communication will be solely via FedBizOpps.
