- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Maryland City: Baltimore Delineated Area: Beginning at the Baltimore Beltway to Baltimore National Pike (RT 40/Edmondson Ave/W Franklin Street to N. MLK Jr Blvd); on N. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd to Russell St.; on Russell to I-95 to Georgetown Rd/ Joh Ave back to I-95; I-95 to Baltimore Beltway (I-695) to Baltimore National Pike (RT 40) to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,480 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,854 Space Type: Office, Retail, Flex Parking Spaces (Total): Adequate onsite parking per local code. If onsite parking is unavailable, public and commercial parking at reasonable rates shall be available within 2 blocks of the proposed space. Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Optional Additional Requirements: •· Contiguous first floor space is preferred for this requirement. •· Space cannot be twice as wide as long unless waived by the Government. •· Column perimeters shall be at least 20' from any wall and from each other and shall be no more than 2' square. •· Regularly scheduled public transportation must be available with transit stops within 2 blocks of the proposed space. •· Space configuration shall allow for a separate accessible employee entrance which provides access to the space without going through the public reception area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: May 24, 2011 Expressions of interests should include the following: Building name and address Available square footage and rental rate per square foot Common Area Factor for available space by floor, if applicable Owner's name, address, and a written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on behalf of the owner's property. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a written letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
