- The Department of Labor, Office of Procurement Services intends to procure Sign Language Interpreting services and Computer Aided Real Time Transcribing Services (CART) using a 100% set aside for small businesses. The Government anticipates award of a Labor Hour (LH) contract with fixed hourly rates. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541930 with a size standard of $7.0 million. No other synopsis will be posted for this requirement. The period of performance will be a base period of twelve months with four (4) twelve month options. A written Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on or about 13 May 2011. No hard copies of the RFP will be issued; all amendments will be posted and must be retrieved from the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
