Description

Attached is the amendment for the reduction in quantity of liquid oxygen on CLIN 0001AB. Please sign and return a copy of the amendment when submitting your proposals. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact A1C Chris Pryal at (402) 232-1768 or at christopher.pryal@offutt.af.mil This is an amendment to the original solicitation for a rental of a 900-gallon liquid oxygen tank, delivery of liquid oxygen, and a monthly Certificate of Analysis/Purity that was posted on 15 March 2011. The purpose of this amendment is to reduce the quantity on CLIN 0001AB from 10,000ea to 6,700ea due to the Period of Performance being 4 months long. Please ensure you are CCR/ORCA registered PRIOR to submitting a quote. The response date is still set for 27 May 2011 at 11:00am CST.
