Description
Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order awarded under Department of State Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract - SAQMMA10D0018 - Global Support Strategy for Visa Services. The following objectives apply: Primary Objective 1: Launch a regional GSS program for Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan within ninety (90) calendar days. Primary Objective 2: Provide service package two, which include information services, appointment services, fee collection services, document delivery services, and greeter services, for Russia. Primary Objective 3: Provide service package three, which includes information services, appointment services, fee collection services, and document delivery services, for Kazakhstan. Primary Objective 4: Provide service package four, which includes information services, appointment services, and fee collection services for Mongolia. Primary Objective 5: Provide service package six, which includes information services for Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. As part of fee collection services in Russia, the contractor shall implement a mechanism to enable collection of NIV issuance fees for applicants submitting their application by "drop box". Home delivery services is part of the package.
