- The U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) is seeking competitive quotations on a time and material basis for the installation of a cable plant located on Floors 2 and 4, 800 West Commerce, New Orleans, LA 70123. Quotes shall be provided based on Wage Determination 05-2233 (Rev. 13). A site inspection will be conducted on a specific date and time to be announced.
