- This solicitation is cancelled and will be replaced with solicitation SPM5L2-11-Q-0771. Additional drawings have been added to the Item Description and the inspection requirements have been changed to source inspection including Government First Article Testing. NSN: 5340-00-377-6642, PR 0028183246. Snap Hook, I/A/W PIA-PS70121, Drawings will be available after the solicitation is issued. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The quantity is 30,000. The solicitation will contain a 100% quantity option. FOB is Destination, Source inspection applies, Past Performance is of more importance than price in the evaluation of quotes. Required delivery is 240 which includes FAT. Phased delivery is acceptable. This is a commerical item and will be solicited using FAR 13.5 procedures. Estimated solicitation issue date is 5/16/11. Estiamted closing date is 5/27/11. The solicitation will not become available until the issue date. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) website: //www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. All responsible sources can submit a quote which will be considered by the Agency.
