Description

This is not a solicitation. This proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting, Philadelphia Office (FISCN) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order, on a sole source basis, with IBM for 12-month license and maintenance renewal services for Cognos Business Intelligence Analysis Studio, to be utilized by the Office of Civilian Human Resources. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
