- This is a pre-solicitation notice, with the solicitation being issued/posted on or around June 1, 2011. The purpose of this project is to replace corruded galviized steel piping in the Anchorage Federal Building/US Court House located at 222 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. The piping is over thirty years old and there have been several incidents of leaks in the past that have damaged finishes in the building and caused client inconveniences. Work consists of selective demolition of the existing piping and the installation of new copper piping. The work area is Modules A, B, D, F, and G. This project is also a HUBZone Set-aside.
