- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management proposes to enter into a sole source contract, in accordance with FAR PART 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, under the authority of FAR PART 13.106-1(b). This procurement is for award devices to recognize the exemplary achivements and merits performed by the men and women of ICE. Due to budgetary uncertainty of the multiple continuing resolutions and possible lapse of appropriations, procuring these devices would have not been prudent and impractical. Once the year long continuing resolution was established, there was little time to procure the devices. C. Forbes of 12830 West Creek parkway Suite G, Richmond VA is the only source that can meet the needs as they have the necessary materials to provide the devices on time. Any questions shall be addressed to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice.
