- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Mission Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bliss has a requirement for the purchase of Telephone Advice Nurse (TAN) software. This solicitation is in accordance with FAC 2005-51. The solicitation will be posted simultaneously with this synopsis, and will be the only notification. Solicitation W911SG-11-T-0132 is issued as a request for quote. The solicitation and statement of work has been posted and can be viewed in the uploaded documents. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 (Computer Programming Services) and has a size standard of $25,000,000.00. This award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable and Section 508 Compliance for the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Vendors must be registered in Central Contractors' Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov, and Online Representation Certification Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic invoicing is required through https://wawf.eb.mil. A full list of applicable provisions and clauses are included in the posted solicitation. Due date for quotations is Thursday, 19 August 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time.
