- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) intends to issue a Request for Quote to obtain additional housing resources for homeless men and women Veterans. Contractor shall provide the VAPAHCS, housing, meals, case management, on-site mental health and substance abuse services to men and women veteran patients who are homeless in accordance with all of the terms, conditions, provisions, and references of this solicitation. NAICS Code 624221/$7.0 million. This solicitation will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov). All Offerors MUST be registered and verified in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-51.
