- This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.13-Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. THIS PRESOLICITATION (W911S7-11-B-0030) AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE INTERNET ONLY. THE NAICS IS 237310 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $33.5M. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to provide a Traffic Circle, Headwall, Railroad, Fine Grade Road, Troop Trail and Access Road. The work provided includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, removing of existing culverts, excavation, providing new culverts, concrete work, culvert bedding, backfill, topsoil, compaction of subgrade, providing aggregate and compacting, railroad crossing with signs, and ditches. The location of the required work is at or near TA235 on Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. Construction details, any applicable drawings and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided when the formal solicitation for proposals is issued. Applicable drawings will be provided to Prime Contractors only who meet the size standard for the NAICS code being solicited. Any subcontractors shall contact the Prime Contractor for a copy of drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a fixed price construction contract. The solicitation will be available on or about 26 May 2011. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement, all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this web site.
