- The Government proposes to acquire the following: Purchase Request Order Numbers (PRONs): D11H4305D1; Noun: Cable Assembly, Radi; Quantity 7 each; National Stock Number: 5995-01-091-0060; Part Number: MIS-20096/53; D11H4307D1; Noun: Cable Assembly; Quantity 24 each; National Stock Number: 5998-01-134-6660; Part Number 11457604; and, D11H4315D1; Noun: Cable Assembly, Special; Quantity 4 each; National Stock Number: 5995-01-092-0548; Part Number: 114544227, applicable to the Patriot Missile Weapon system. Delivery Schedule with Quality Verification (QV) is 150 days. The Delivery Schedule without QV is 90 days. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. NOTE 22
