- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61340-11-T-0023 is issued as request for quotes (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-6. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 611430 with a size standard of $7.0 Million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. The Government intends to set aside this requirement to a Service-disabled Veteren-owned Small Business entity, in reference to FAR 52.219-27
