- This is notice of intent that WRALC anticipates issuing a 12 month Engineering Services task order to provide software maintenance engineering to support F-15 Electronic Systems Test Sets (ESTS) to include program management, data tracking, engineering services, and support of software. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Northrop Grumman, CAGE Code 26916, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10USC 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
