Description
Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3HSK11115A001 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334119. The business size standard is 1000 Emp. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Media Wall 4200 with 12 inputs and 4 outputs, P/N: MW42 1-12/4. or equal QTY:1 each Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS. PARTIAL BIDS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED AS PARTIAL BIDS. The clause at FAR 52.204-9, Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel; 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition along with 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, and the clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
