Description

The Government (ASC/PKOAA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is: Carleton Technologies, Inc., Orchard Park, NY. (FIRM-FIXED CONTRACT) Shipping and Insurance Charges are "to be included" in the total cost (Location: 711 HPW/OML, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433) (QUANTITY: 6 each) Description: The six (6) (CRU-773/A0 Oxygen Regulators for two (2) Training Chambers. The Regulators require an overhaul, manufactured by Carleton. Carleton uses "Proprietary" internal parts to overhaul the Oxygen Regulators. The Regulators in the Training Chamber are the same ones used within the aircraft. Delivery Date Required: NLT, 6 June 2011, for a Training Class This notice is being published for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations However, any quotations receiving within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
