Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration seeks to lease office space approximately 460 rentable square feet yielding a 400 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office square feet (ABOASF) The office could either be one large room of the full square footage or two smaller adjoining offices of at least 200 square feet each. Bathroom facilities must be in the building. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years and five (5) years firm. The Government may terminate this lease anytime after the 5th year upon sixty (60) days written notice to the Lessor. Secure parking, in the form of controlled access (24 hour on site security personnel or locked entry/exit points during non-business hours) to either a surface lot or parking garage for 4 vehicles is required. Any other applicable Department of Commerce security requirements for a Level 1 facility must also be in place.
