- Amendment 0011 Please review attached solicitation, amendments 0001,0002,0003,0004,0005,0006,0007,0008,0009,0010,0011 Attachments A: Bus Drawing. Attachment B: DOL Wage Determinations Attachment C: Bus Photos This procurement is a 100% total small business set aside. please send your quote, all amendments, and narrative to charles.crowton@gsa.gov by May 18 2011 5PM. In order to be considered responsive the offeror must send with their quote a narrative which must adequately address the following: Technical Capability: Offerors shall describe how they meet or plan to meet the statement of work for the bus refurbishment and contract clauses. The Government will evaluate proposals to determine how well the offerors understand the requirements and that the offerors have adequately demonstrated the likelihood that they will successfully meet and furnish the Government's requirements. The offeror shall submit a statement indicating that no exceptions are taken to the government's stated technical requirements and the Governments terms and conditions. If exceptions are necessary, any and all exceptions to the technical specifications must be identified. Management Capability: The offeror shall identify the key personnel to be assigned to this project. Resumes will include technical expertise, background, experience, and current job functions. Description on how key personnel will handle the bus refurbishment. Description on the quality assurance procedures to be employed for this effort and describe what oversight will be provided. Past Performance: The offeror shall demonstrate it has acceptable recent and relevant past performance history in providing the same or similar scope, size, and complexity of vehicle refurbishment service and in managing refurbishment projects and contracts of this kind. Offer shall provide recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information); interested offerors an opportunity to view the bus units on location before the solicitation close date of 5/18/11 5PM. All viewing requests must be submitted via email to David.Mcarthur@gsa.gov with a cc to charles.crowton@gsa.gov. Viewing requests must include 1) The solicitation number QMAE-CR-10001-N, 2) Your contact information, and 3) Dates and times your firm is available. A minimum of three (3) alternate dates and times must be proposed. NOTE: All viewing requests are subject to the availability of the FMC Fleet Service Manager. All dates and times proposed must before the solicitation close date of 5/18/11 and be between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
