Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for Collapsed Roadway and Drainage Repair at the VA Medical Center Northampton, Leeds, MA, Project Number 631-10-008. Work includes demolition and removal of existing roadways, structures, and utilities and installation of new in accordance with the drawings and specifications for the project. The construction cost range for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 and the size standard is $33.5 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as technical factor of management approach and past performance. The solicitation package will be available issued on May 27, 2011. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for June 27, 2011 at 10:00 am. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
