- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Victorville, CA, intends to make an award for a food service meat items at the Department of Justice, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Victorville. The contract type is a firm fixed price supply contract. The award will be made to the responsible business/individual who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government. This solicitation will solicit solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies will not be available. The website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date for receipt of quotes is June 9, 2011 at 2:00 pm pacific standard time. All awardees will be notified on or before June 23, 2011. Expected delivery date of awarded items will be July 1-July 15, 2011. Items delivered after July 15 may be subject to cancellation. All items awarded under $30,000.00 will be purchased on a Government purchase card. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website is www.ccr.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
