- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Giga-Tronics Inc., 4650 Norris Canyon Road, San Ramon, CA 94583-1320 for the procurement of the Scalar Network Analyzer Set, Model 8003-S5554B, consisting of Precision Scalar Analyzer, P/N 8003, Qty 1; Standard Power Sensor 18 GHZ Type N, P/N 80301A, Qty 1; Standard Power Sensor 18 GHZ APC 7, Qty 1 and accessories in support of the FMS Taiwan P-3C Orion Program. The Government intends to procure the above item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own technical data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice. Responses should reference N68335-11-T-0127.
