- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.nvay.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure 1. PBVIEWS GLOBAL EDITION FFP, 10 CONCURRENT USER,SILVER SUPPORT, CUSTOMER #C0003398-3 (1 LOT). Updates as released on CDROM or WEB based access. Ship Updates to: Naval Surface Warfare Center Dam Neck, Roy Weisert/Bldg. 27S, 2nd Floor, 1922 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097. Renews N00178-10-P-1532, Period of Performance: 06/01/2011 “ 05/31/2012. Actuate is the original equipment manufacturer of the software, and they retain proprietary rights on all of their licenses and software updates. Actuate software is the only product capable of meeting the Government ™s minimum requirements. Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. DFAR 252.211.7003 (Item Identification and Valuation (Aug 2008)) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dam Neck, 1922 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
