Description

This action originally posted to FedBizOpps on May 9, 2011, is modified as follows: Contract work consists of new work dredging within the Delaware River. (a) Contract may include a Base contract with an Option; (b) Base work shall include dredging of the Bellevue and Cherry Island Ranges of the Delaware River channel from Station 155+000 to Station 176+000; (c) The Option work shall include dredging of the Marcus Hook and Bellevue Ranges of the Delaware River channel from Station 140+000 to Station 155+000; (d) Dredging shall be required to a depth of 45 feet MLLW plus 1-foot allowable over depth within the contract work limits from Station 140+000 to Station 176+000; (e) The side slope dredging requirements for this project are 3H to 1V within the contract work limits; (f) The use of hopper and clamshell bucket dredges shall not be permitted under this contract; (g) The Government-furnished disposal area available for use under this contract is Pedricktown South; (h) Award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds.
