Description

This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.nvay.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5100 plans to competitively procure: (See Attachment (1) enclosed herein. Bidders submitting responses as a result of this notice must provide written documentation that they are authorized to service their products. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in the award of a firm fixed price (FFP) delivered (FOB Destination) product. Bidders who respond to this notice shall supply, as part of their quote/bid, the following: Quote with Crane specifications and capabilities, payment terms, delivery schedule (ARO), D&B#, CCR Status, ORCA status, and shall not be listed on the Suspended or Debarred Listing (EPLS) at time of award. Billing shall be made through the electronic Wide Area Workflow System (WAWF): https://wawf.eb.mil/ These items shall be installed in building 241, documentation, drawing and manuals are to be provided to Matthew Scott/G31 at completion of installation and final approval.
