- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Carolina City: Asheville Delineated Area: North: I240 South: I40 East: Interstate 40 and I240, including Chunn's Cove Rd, to Piney Mountain Drive, to CentrePark Drive, back to Piney Mountain Drive, to Chunn's Cove Rd, to I240 West: I40 and I240 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,833 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,663 Space Type: Office, Class A, contiguous Parking Spaces (Total): 79 Parking Spaces (Surface): 79 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 (Ten) Firm Term: 5 (Five) Additional Requirements: First consideration will be given to historic properties and locations within the Central Business District (CBD) of Asheville, NC. If none are available, non-historical properties will be considered in the CBD. All others within the expanded delineated area described below will be considered if adequate competition is not found in the CBD. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
