- ESTIMATED REVISED ISSUANCE DATE OF SOLICITATION IS 01 JUNE, 2011. PROSPECTIVE BIDDER NOTES: In accordance with the class deviation to 804.1102 Vendor Information Pages (VIP) Database effective October 1, 2010, all SDVOSB and VOSB firms must be verified by the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) prior to receiving an award under the program. If the successful bidder is not listed as verified in the VIP, the CO must contact the bidder and advise the bidder that it has 5 days to submit the verification documentation to CVE. CVE will process the documents and make a verification determination within 21 days of receipt of the documentation. To be eligible for this consideration, contractor MUST currently be listed in the VIP. SDVOSB or VOSB also must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible to receive an award under the program.
