- The Veterans Health Administration, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC),Seven Hills, Ohio, intends to sole source this procurement to Oasis. This training is not available through any other non-IT business. The VA has invested time with Oasis to ensure that they are current with all the latest industry trends and innovations that permeate today's marketplace. Oasis is one of only two key (Tier 1) standards development organization that VA participates in to create technical specifications that allow VA to securely exchange veteran healthcare information with DoD and other healthcare partners. FAR 13.106-1(b). NAICS 611420 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer, Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA Service Center, Program Contracting Activity Central 4141 Rockside Rd,Seven Hills Ohio, 44131 or via fax (216)447-8323. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, VHA Service center will proceed to sole source this requirement to Oasis.
