- The full solicitation is now posted at www.fedconnect.net. The work consists of constructing new scenic overlook wall at Hellgate II viewpoint. Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to remove and dispose of the existing concrete curb the base of the Kiosk; perform site work excavation and grading; furnish and place crushed aggregate for road base, footing subgrade and viewing area subgrade; furnish and place concrete, rebar, and form work for wall footing, viewing area, furnish and place concrete masonry units, grout, mortar, rebar and natural stone facia for rock wall; furnish and install stone pavers, protect existing Kiosk and interpretive signs, furnish, place and maintain traffic control, and furnish independent certified laboratory personnel to perform all required testing. NAICS Code is 238990. Project site is located in Grants Pass Resource Area, Josephine County, Medford District, Oregon. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start work is June 6, 2011, and performance time is 90 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
