- FCI FAIRTON KOSHER 4TH QTR SUBSISTENCE The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Fairton, NJ intends to issue solicitation RFQP02041100026 for the requirement of FY 11, FOURTH QUARTER Kosher. *Please note Religious Certified Food Product Specification Quote Sheet for All ITEMS that list sheet as a reference. For ALL OTHER ITEMS use the description of the items listed on the solicitation. This is 100% small businsess set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424490 which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being between JULY 01, 2011 thru JULY 19, 2011. Anything shipped prior or after will be returned at vendors expense. Food Service Administrator must be contacted prior to delivery for approval or adjustments in delivery schedule. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution 655 Fairton-Millville Road Fairton, NJ 08320 in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solcitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the reponsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance and price will be considered. The soliciitation is made available on MAY 17, 2011 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website 1. www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed soley through this site.
