- The purpose of this amendment is to address the following question: QUESTION: 1. Is there any way to anticipate how much DNA and RNA can be provided for the RNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq and Methylation analysis experiments? Is 500 ng per sample in the right ball park? ANSWER: The Government will provide the following amount of material for different applications: (1) 500ng of RNA for RNASeq, (2) 500ng of DNA for methylation experiment (3) 10ng of DNA for ChIPSeq The response date for offers is extended to May 18, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. est.
