- PR 0040662809, NSN 4820-01-478-1384, Fairchild Controls Corporation, Cage 01359, P/N E131024000-01 or P/N E131024000-1. This solicitation will request a firm fixed price for a quantity of 90 each of Valve, Regulating, System Pressure. Requested terms will be FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 272 days ARO. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Item Application. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. This is a source controlled item. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ RFP on the issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 03, 2011 and the closing date is on or about July 05, 2011. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
