Description
Attachment 20 TACLAN TEP Matrix Attachment 19 v10.1 Full Suite Hardware Attachment 6 v10.1 SPS Attachment 5 v10.1 SRS Attachment 4 v10.1 SAG Attachment 3 v10.1 Install Manual Attachment 2 v10.1 O&M Manual Attachment 1 v10.1 VDD TACLAN Statement of Work TACLAN RFP Instructions to Offerors 1. Attachments 1-6 have been updated. Ensure you are using v10.1 documents to prepare your proposal. 2. The v10.1 documents are written as they pertain to the current TACLAN contract. There are areas that will change based on the fact that the current contract is not associated with the Special Operations Forces Informstion Technology Enterprise Contracts (SITEC). The new TACLAN contractor will interface with other SITEC IT Service Area providers. The Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk functions will be accomplished by contractors in other towers. The TACLAN contractor will be responsible for Tier 3 maintenance. V10.1 documents will need to be updated to reflect any and all changes based on the SITEC/TACLAN relationship. 3. An Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Assessment was conducted to determine if the current TACLAN contractor, iGov, has an unfair competitive advantage or impaired objectivity. Based on the analysis performed, it is my opinion that iGov does not have an OCI that would prevent it from competing on the TACLAN procurement. The Government will re-examine this issue if questions are raised by other offerors.
