Description: The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, construction, renovation, repairs and alterations, preventive maintenance, environmental abatement, and operations activities. The proposed contracts are not only to execute new construction, general, design build, and design-bid-build, but to provide a timely response to remediation of real property facilities, e.g., maintenance, repair, asbestos and lead-base paint abatement, and minor construction situations relating to, but not limited to, civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), instrumentation, anti-terrorism and force protection. Construction projects will be executed through the issuance of future task orders under the terms of any resultant contracts and competed among the selected pool of MATOC awardees. Task orders will vary in size, NTE $800,000. The minimum guarantee for any resultant contract is $30,000 for the duration of the contract. Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of any resultant contract, statement of work, and the scope of work specified in any resultant task orders issued against the contract.
