Description

This Modification of the previously announced Presolicitation Notice is to provide additional details regarding the PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT. Several PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISITS will be offered during afternoons/evenings the week of June 6, 2011. Space is extremely limited and no more than four individuals per contractor/firm will initially be permitted to participate. If additional space becomes available, notice will be provided. Reservations for the PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISITS are required and will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis beginning at 10:00 AM (East) on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 303-969-2344. When phoning to make a reservation, please have the full name(s), title(s), and name of firm for all individuals that will attend. All parties will be responsible to use the public ferry system (www.statuecruises.com) from Battery Park to reach the island for these meetings. Additional logistical information and requirements for participation will be provided when making the reservation.
