Description

Solicitation Number: VA24411RQ0290 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Philips Medical Systems, 3000 Minuteman Rd., Andover, MA 01810 for an upgrade to the Philips central display information center at the VA University Drive Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA. Upgrade will be to a 16-sector central station and include a dual-display upgrade. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Vendors who wish to identify their interest and ability to provide an alternate service plan that will meet the capabilities and functionality described above may notify the Contract Specialist, in writing, no later than 2 p.m. on May 23, 2011. Such notification must include a complete description of the service agreement that is required including narrative and qualifications as described above. Responses may be sent to Jeffrey.greis@va.gov or mailed to Jeff Greis, Contract Specialist (90C-A) VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 1010 Delafield Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15215.
