- The Raymond G. Murphy VA Medical Center (Albuquerque VAHCS), 1501 San Pedro SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108, has a requirement for Readjustment Counseling (aka “ Psychiatrist, Ph.D Psychologist, Licensed Social Work, and Unlicensed Counselor) services in accordance with established principles, practices and ethics of The Joint Commission and the professional standards of Albuquerque VAHCS for providing care to the veteran patients and performing duties for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work of the contract. The anticipated Period of Performance for these services is August 01, 2011 through July 31, 2012 with two (2) one-year option renewals. The intent is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, which will result in a fixed-price service contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is VA-258-11-RP-0282. The applicable NAICS code is 621330 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. When issued, the solicitation will be available only by downloading from the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. The estimated issue date is on/about June 1, 2011, and the anticipated closing date is June 30, 2011 at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time.
