Description
The City of Louisville, KY and the U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) are sponsoring this free conference, "Getting Back To Business", open to all small and large business. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet and network with potential buyers, learn more about doing business with the Federal government and market to Federal and Prime contractors. The event is scheduled for Thursday, June 23, 2011, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (EST). Other participating organization are the Army Corps of Engineers, Ft. Knox Army Base, U. S. Small Business Administration, KY Small Business Development Center and KY Procurement Assistance Center. Program Highlights: Meet The Buyer's Forum, Workshops on doing business with federal agencies and Network and Business Card Forum. Space is limited; therefore, pre-registration is recommended. Walk-in attendance will be accepted only if space is available. To pre-register, send email to r4smallbiz@gsa.gov and include name of attendee, direct telephone number, direct email address and company name and address. You will receive a confirmation email. IMPORTANT - Please bring an ample supply of business cards and copies of your buisness resumen/capabilities statement for the Networking Forum.. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Please include specific requirement(s) in your pre-registration email.
