- The government intends to award a sole source contract to Electromagnetic Incorporated,35451 Dumbarton Court, Newark, CA to purchase one (1) Tail Biter Card Part#A32506 and one (1) Switch Card part# A32468. The requirement is proprietary to the manufacturer. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
