- Hand Cleaner for general cleaning of hands, liquid, with fragrance added, formulated to quickly emulsify, rich lather with mild detergents, with moisturizers, pH balanced, provided in 1-gallon container with handle. Can be used in all liquid soap dispenser and central dispensing systems with no dilution. The standing quote will be for the period of 6 months beginning June 24, 2011 or date of award through December 23, 2011. The requirements are estimates only and no guarantee is given as to the dollar amount to be purchased. Award will be in the aggregate by National Stock Number (NSN) to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. The request for quote (RFQ) closes on June 1, 2011 at 4:00 PM CST. An age on delivery applies to this product and can be viewed in the Item Purchase Description's (IPD). The maximun age on delivery is three (3) months from date of manufacture.
