- The U.S. Research, Development and Engineering Command, (RDECOM) Armament, Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), Picatinny, New Jersey,07806-5000, is contemplating the execution of blanket purchase agreements (BPA) to purchase equipment maintenance for Perkin Elmer analytical tools. This effort will require the following of potential contractors: 1. Service/Maintenance of Perkin Elmer Equipment installed at Picatinny: Service/maintenance of exiting equipment and future Perkin Elmer equipment. Existing equipment includes: Perkin Elmer DSC 4000 System, Perkin Elmer Intracooler P6DSC/JADE, Perkin Elmer TGA 4000, Perkin Elmer Polyscience Chiller, Perkin Elmer Spectrum 100 Spectrometer, Perkin Elmer Spectrum UATR 1 Bounce Accessory, Perkin Elmer IR software and Perkin Elmer Clarus 400 GC ATO.2. Preventative Maintenance A PM visit including updates to firmware, review of error logs, priority service response, telephone support, software support, and the use of Perkin Elmer certified parts. 3. Upgrades to existing equipment without adding new capability Use of Perkin Elmer Certified parts, installation and training The Government may enter into one or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements as a result of this notice. Interested parties are requested to provide information regarding relevant capabilities, manufacturing experience, and specifically address the requirements listed above in response to the aforementioned criteria. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity, large or small. Please provide the name of your firm, address, POC, phone/fax number, and email address. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All interested and potential firms must be registered in CCR, and current firms must update once a year to maintain active status. Please visit the CCR website to register and update, https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx. Whether applying for assistance awards, contracts, or other business opportunities, all entities are considered "registrants". Registration in no way guarantees that a contract or assistance award will be awarded. The following information is required to register in CCR: DUNS Number; Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Taxpayers Name; Statistical Information about your business; and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Information. Once a business has been registered in CCR, it can then register in ORCA, https://orca.bpn.gov/. The Government will accept written questions by email only. Submittals and questions should be directed to the following point of contact: US Army Contracting Command, Attn. The Government will not be issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) because this announcement is for Blanket Purchase Agreements.
