Description: Discovery, Design & Implementation Services The Exchange Information Technology team is seeking sources for discovery, design and implementation services to support future IT projects. The intent is to award multiple (8-10) overarching agreements. When the Exchange has a requirement, a SOW will be sent to the awarded companies to submit their proposal. The contract of the selected vendor will then be amended incorporating the SOW. All work will be performed at HQ AAFES.
