The proposed effort will be used to integrate the new turnstiles with the existing GE Facility Commander security system used at the NRC. The period of performance is 15 days from award and acceptance. This notice of solicitation is a request for quotes. A final determination not to award this proposed procurement based on responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this solicitation must show clear and concise information and should be advantageous to both the vendor and the Government. The evaluation criteria will be lowest cost/technically acceptable. Interested vendors must submit their quotes to Wanda M. Brown, Contract Specialist, at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Division of Contracts, TWB 01 B10M, Washington, D.C. 20555 via mail no later than May 27, 2011.
