The Task Orders to be issued under each contract shall consist of performing and delivering services as required in the Description of Tasks and Efforts/Skills and Deliverables of the Statement of Work (SOW), Section III. Each contract will include square foot rate price for various SEM related disciplines (See Attachment --). Extensions of these unit prices times the associated man-hours determined to be fair and reasonable for the level of effort indicated by the scope of work will be used to determine the amount of each individual task order.
