Description

Modication PS05 was issued for this contract to adjust the following line items: A. RECOVERY FUNDED - This modification is set in place to definitize modification PC04 (unilateral change order) with PS05 (supplemental agreement) covering all work necessary to reach LEED Platinum with the possibility of meeting Net Zero energy use in accordance with the SOW. All ARRA provisions and clauses and reporting procedures apply. B. CLIN 0018 - Additional 8 Geothermal wells and well depth increase from 500 feet deep to 900 feet deep. C. CLIN 0019 - Perimeter wall and Trim Abatement demolition to include ACM's and lead based paint. D. CLIN 0020 - Additional Increase PV Canopy / panels of 35 kw array and structure to increase solar production. E. CLIN 0021 - Low-E Window Film (Option B) for the windows in line with the Secretary of Interior Standards for Rehabilitation. F. CLIN 0022 - Wiring for the IT Wiring moves to and from swing space and final moves. G. The contract completion date shall remain at 01/31/2013 Beginning Contract Value: $13,972,705.28 New Contract Value: $13,969,564.58
