Description

Fargo, ND VA Health Care System is seeking potential firms that have the performance capability for Project 437-11-125, Minot CBOC Lab Expansion. Contract completion date is 45 days after notice to proceed. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors. The estimated dollar value is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $33.5 million. A 20% bid bond will be required at submission of bids. Performance and Payment bonds will be required within 10 days of contract award. To be eligible for award, SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following sites: www.vetbiz.gov, www.orca bpn.gov and www.ccr.gov. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, etc necessary to complete VA project 437-11-125, Minot CBOC Lab Expansion in accordance with the contract documents. Work shall include, but shall not be limited to, demolition, general construction, electrical and mechanical work. All work shall be in compliance with all applicable NFPA, NEC, Life Safety Code, UFAS, OSHA and other pertinent code requirements. This solicitation is anticipated to be available on www.fbo.gov on or about June 7, 2011. Requests for solicitation documents made by telephone, fax, or e-mail will be honored.
